We recognize that each transaction represents your commitment, sacrifice, and determination to cross the graduation stage with excellence. Because of this, we handle all financial matters with the highest level of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity. All payments are processed as private transactions, and no personal information is ever shared. Our goal is to ensure that every student experiences clarity, trust, and confidence as they progress toward completing their theological journey

Payment Options 

Students may submit their payments through Zelle using rhemawordtc@gmail.com, by calling the office at (314) 324‑6673, or by paying in person with a debit or credit card. Payments can also be made conveniently online under the “Payments and Fees” section of our website. RWTC&U provides multiple secure options to ensure every student can give with ease and confidence.

Refund Policy 

Students may withdraw from an enrolled course at any time for any reason. However, withdrawals may incur a processing and/or curriculum fee depending on the timing and duration of enrollment.
Should a student choose to resume their studies after a period of withdrawal, they may re-enroll at any time, subject to current admissions and registration procedures.
Please note: Any overpayments made toward curriculum or tuition are non-refundable and non- transferable. Such overpayments will be credited to the student’s account and applied toward future
tuition or fees within the same academic program.
